5 December 2010, Midi Libre - The message is loud and clear: no, no, no, delinquents in the neighbourhood of La Devèze in Beziers do not want that future police station, currently under construction behind the cultural centre Albert Camus!
For the third time in less than three weeks, the building suffered a fire in the night between Thursday and Friday.
This time, as before (Friday, November 19), the authors forced the door of the building under construction before throwing a burning dustbin inside. The hall leading to the stairwell and the lift has again been devastated.
Remember that Monday, November 15, a car had already been rammed against the facade. Blackened by fire, the building still carries the marks.
On the night of Thursday to Friday, firefighters were also called to two other garbage fires. The first was triggered at 22 hr at the Krafft College of La Devèze. The second broke out at 2 am, Rue de la Republique, in the city centre.
