17.1.2011 0 BRUSSELS – On the opening day of the Salon of the Car, a huge fair taking place every year to promote cars, a blackout disrupted the commercial festivities a bit. The electricity blackout plunged not only the whole fair in darkness, but also all the other buildings on the Heizel (of which the Atomium monument, the big cinema complex, several commercial centres, etc.) for more than a hour.
