1/11/2010 - Maria Beraha (the partner of Kostas Gournas) and Nikos Malapanis, have both been charged with participation in the Revolutionary struggle group. Appearing before the prosecutor general this morning, they were both released pending their testimony on 11 November 2010 at the same time 9.00 Appeals Court, Athens.
Kostas Gournas has won his struggle to be transferred to Korydallos prison closer to his partner and twin children. Nikos Maziotis had joined Gournas in the hunger strike.
