The night of 11 July, a chemical bomb exploded in front of the 'Centro de Cumplimiento Penitenciario' of Santa Cruz, in region VI. A great bang alarmed the guards, breaking the routine of normality and vigilence. On the ground there remained only the remnants of the materials used for making the explosive.
Up until now, anonymity has claimed responsibility for this act of sabotage and subversion of reality. Personnel of the GOPE (special operations) remain immersed in confusion due to the poor results of experts trying to determine the identity of someone to be considered responsible for the fact.
