Sacramento Police say they've arrested two teenage boys who allegedly shined high-powered lasers at a Police Helicopter. Police Sgt. Norm Leong says the Helicopter was helping on a Robbery search in the south Sacramento area on Friday night when witnesses reported seeing people on the roof of a middle school.
