One of the side buildings of the Court house in Liège was put on fire, on a parking reserved for judges. A few days before, a slogan was put in the area, ‘Fire to the prisons’.
[The construction company Duchene belongs to the Valens group which among other things built the new detention centre at Steenokkerzeel]
