Athens:
Improvised explosive device explosion occurred at 4:32 this morning outside the apartment of MEP Marietta Giannakou (former Minister of Education).According to preliminary information, the explosive device was placed in a bag and was in a skillet. They were preceded by two warning calls to the "Eleftherotypia" newspaper and tv station "ALTER" for the impending explosion without an assumption of responsibility by any organization. The building is located at the area of Patissia, central Athens. The explosion caused material damage to the entrance of the building and parked cars. The site remains blocked.

Thessaloniki:
Spanish Consulate (located in the centre) was attacked with gas devices in the dawn. No organisations have yet assumpted the responsibility.
